Blogging for Lawyers

InlandEmpireLawyers.com Blogging Rules & Guidelines

  1. Submit your blog using the entry form below.
  2. You must have a profile, (free or paid), on InlandEmpireLawyers.com, (more info). You must be local to Riverside or San Bernardino County, (Cal Bar verified).
  3. Submitted content must be original, duplicate or copied work will be detected and refused. This may also result in us blacklisting your IP address.
  4. Your blog entry should be edited for spelling and grammar errors, but we may modify or reject as we see fit, (usually if something is too "spammy" - see #5).
  5. NO SPAM - You already know what it is, don't do it. All submissions are manually reviewed.
  6. Backlink Rules: 1) Maximum of 1 link to your firm's website allowed (see #7). 2) High quality citation & reference sites encouraged. 3) Avoid linking to your "Home" page, links to your interior pages that are relevant to your blog entry content are better for many reasons.
  7. Submissions should be roughly 500 - 750 words, although this is not a hard and fast rule.
Finally, be interesting... when's the last time you finished a boring article? Remember you're writing to consumers, not the Supreme Court.
